Chapter 1.1 Power Function

Hello everyone. Here are some brief notes on the first subtopic of advanced function. I hope these notes will help you all. 

• Power function is actually the simplest type of Polynomial Function.
• It has the form of f(x) = ax^n, where,

                          x = variable

                          a = real number

                          n = whole number

• The differences between odd degree and even degree of power function

	y = x^n,  n = odd	y = x^n, n= even
Domain	x is the element of real number	x  is the element of real number
Range	y is the element of real number	y is the element of real number. y must be greater or equal to 0
Symmetry	Point	Line
End Behaviors	As x approaches infinity, y approaches - infinity, As x approaches  - infinity, y approaches  - infinity.	As x approaches infinity, y approaches infinity, As x approached - infinity, y approaches infinity.
